I thought Cuba is a very pretty place for residence, as everything is quite cheap there. For example, to rent a flat is $5, to eat in a restaurant is $10-15, an ice-cream is $0.04, fried chicken is $1, visa is about 25 euro, super gasoline is $1.10 and so on. Regardless the well developed tourism, it is enough poor country. The average salary is about $15!
It is very good to live close to Cuba, at least in USA, Mexico, Miami, Spain. What a pity. I wish Cuba to become a developed and highly-industrial country, but preserving its beauty and originality.
